Definitions & Interpretation
1.1 Key Definitions
- Account: Any registered user profile or login credentials used to access the OpsLink Platform.
- Agreement: These Terms of Service, including all referenced policies.
- Content: Any text, images, videos, audio, software code, or other materials submitted via the Platform.
- DMCA: The Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
- OpsLink Platform: All websites, APIs, applications, services, and tools operated by OpsLink.
- Services: All features and functionality provided through the Platform.
- User: Any person or entity accessing the Platform.
- User Content: Content uploaded or shared by users.
- Paid Features: Subscription or premium services offered for a fee.
1.2 Rules of Interpretation
- Headings are for convenience only.
- The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
- References to laws include amendments or replacements.
- “Including” is illustrative and not limiting.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the OpsLink Platform, users acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Organizations accessing the Platform confirm they are authorized to bind the organization to this Agreement.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent.
Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.
Account Registration & Security
- Users must provide accurate registration information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
- Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
- Security incidents must be reported immediately.
User Content & Conduct
- Users retain ownership of submitted content.
- OpsLink receives a worldwide, royalty-free license to operate and display submitted content.
- Illegal, hateful, malicious, or harmful content is prohibited.
- OpsLink may remove content violating platform rules.
Community Guidelines
- Harassment, abuse, and threats are prohibited.
- Hate speech and discrimination are prohibited.
- Spam, malware, and fraud are prohibited.
- Impersonation is prohibited.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All OpsLink branding, software, and intellectual property belong to OpsLink Inc.
- Users receive a limited license to access the Platform.
- Users confirm submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
DMCA & Copyright Policy
- OpsLink responds to valid copyright claims.
- Users may submit counter-notifications where legally permitted.
- Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.
Privacy Policy & Verified Connections
OpsLink may provide optional OAuth integrations such as Google, GitHub, and Twitch to verify ownership of third-party accounts.
- OAuth connections are optional.
- Only limited profile information is accessed.
- No private messages or sensitive account content is collected.
- OAuth data is not sold or used for advertising.
- Users may disconnect linked accounts at any time.
Cookies Policy
- Cookies may be used for authentication and analytics.
- Users may disable cookies through browser settings.
- Some platform functionality may be limited if cookies are disabled.
Payments, Billing & Subscriptions
- Pricing may change with notice.
- Refund policies apply as stated at purchase.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

- Third-party links do not imply endorsement.
- Users access third-party services at their own risk.
Disclaimers & No Warranties
- Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”.
- Availability and uptime are not guaranteed.
- OpsLink does not guarantee content accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
OpsLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpsLink and affiliates from claims resulting from violations of this Agreement.
Termination & Suspension
- Accounts may be suspended for violations or illegal activity.
- Access may be revoked immediately upon termination.
- Data retention policies may continue after account closure.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Changes to the Agreement
OpsLink may modify this Agreement at any time by publishing updates. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revisions.
Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement
- If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain effective.
- Failure to enforce any provision is not considered a waiver.
- This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between users and OpsLink.
